1. DMS (Dak Monitoring System)

Using this web application, we are introducing a new system of working in our office. District Administration is committed to timely disposal of dak to and from our office. This will help general public to get service in an efficient way. In this web application, all the branches of DC Office Moga will receive dak and fill action taken on dak online. If they don?t do it in allotted time, reminder will be issued to them. One received dak can be attached with its references. This web application is developed by NIC District Unit Moga. This software is written in Open Source Technologies (PHP, Symfony, PostgreSQL, NetBeans and Linux). By introducing this web application, we are not only serving citizens well but also saving their time and money.

2.SSIS (Social Security Information System)

SSIS enables to maintain and monitor the database of pension beneficiaries under different social security schemes (i.e. OAP, FAWD, FADP and FADC) distributed through DSSOs of Department of Social Security and Women & Child Development.

3.DISE (District Information System For Election)

DISE is a randomization software for Election Department. It handles the functionalities like formation of polling parties for Lok Sabha/ Assembly Elections in a random way, election orders for individual parties, constituency wise distribution of employees and attendance sheet for various constituencies as per Election Commission of India ECI guidelines.

4.CONFONET (Consumer Forums Network)

CONFONET is central project to computerize and network the entire state consumer disputes redressal commissions and District consumer forums. The project aims at improving operational efficiency, co-ordination, accessibility, speed in judicial administration and to set Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure at Consumer Redressal Forum Moga.



5. PRISM (Property Registration Information System Module)

PRISM automates all major activities of Sub-Registrar office and covers deeds of Sale, Mortgage, Will, Adoption, SPA, GPA, Exchange, Pattanama/ Lease, Tatima, Cancellation of SPA/GPA/Will etc. Major features include capturing, storage, printing of photographs on stamp paper, valuation of property, on the spot registration, single window service etc. PRISM is ISO certified product

6. E-Office (A Digital Workplace Solution) :

The Paperless Office was a slogan intended to describe the office of the future. E-Office describes Software & Processes used to manage workflow and capture , store and control organization wide contents electronically. The E-Office System is an integrated file and records management system that allows employees to manage contents , search for data internally and collaborate. The file system enables the electronic movement and tracking of files , and the archival and retrieval of data and establish transparency & accountability.




The eHRMS Manav Sampada Application helps the departments to preserve employee?s most useful information available in their manual service book record in electronic form(e-Service Book) and make it available on internet supporting government effort to bring transparency in government decision process. The eHRMS Application was developed as the product model for providing a generalized human resource management soluation for Government Departments to help them in taking right decisions at right time with proper monitoring .



8. NIC Service Desk Port

NIC has started service desk for lodging/resolution of complaint. A number of services are being provided by NIC to all the Government Ministries/Departments/States/Districts.
