1. DMS (Dak Monitoring System)

Using this web application, we are introducing a new system of working in our office. District Administration is committed to timely disposal of dak to and from our office. This will help general public to get service in an efficient way. In this web application, all the branches of DC Office Moga will receive dak and fill action taken on dak online. If they don’t do it in allotted time, reminder will be issued to them. One received dak can be attached with its references. This web application is developed by NIC District Unit Moga. This software is written in Open Source Technologies (PHP, Symfony, PostgreSQL, NetBeans and Linux). By introducing this web application, we are not only serving citizens well but also saving their time and money.

2. LPG-MIS

With this web application, District Administration will able to check all daily booking and deliveries of LPG gas cylinders. This ensures greater transparency in LPG distribution system. It facilitates consumers to book their cylinder and complaints to concerned gas agencies, controlling officer and even to Deputy Commissioner regarding any irregularity. This application will help District Administration to track fake consumers, consumers with multiple connections, consumption of domestic and commercial cylinder, stock of each agency that result erupting LPG black marketing. This will also ensures un-interrupted supply of LPG to people of Moga.

3. SUWIDHA (Single User Window Disposal and Help Line For Applicants)

Using this software, citizens can submit their application on a single point for service provided by DC Office Moga. This software assigns delivery date for every application, so that service can be provided in timely manner. Pendency can be monitored by Deputy Commissioner. This software also linked with many backend applications also. Previously, SUWIDHA Centres were available at District Headquarter, Tehsils and Sub Tehsils. Now to further facilitates people of Moga District Administration is opening a new SUWIDHA Centre at a village i.e. Daudhar Sarki in collaboration with people of Daudhar Sarki and near by villages.

4. SSIS (Social Security Information System)

SSIS enables to maintain and monitor the database of pension beneficiaries under different social security schemes (i.e. OAP, FAWD, FADP and FADC) distributed through DSSOs of Department of Social Security and Women & Child Development.

5. DISE (District Information System For Election)

DISE is a randomization software for Election Department. It handles the functionalities like formation of polling parties for Lok Sabha/ Assembly Elections in a random way, election orders for individual parties, constituency wise distribution of employees and attendance sheet for various constituencies as per Election Commission of India ECI guidelines.

6. ALIS (Arms Licenses Issuance System)

ALIS provides workflow of Arms Licenses branch with tracking mechanism. It provides all the services like New License, Renewal of License, Weapon Entry, Addition of Weapon, Deletion of Weapon, Change of Address, Retainer's Entry being provided to the public through this software.

7. AIS (Affidavit Issuance System)

AIS provides easy access to the administration for attestation of affidavit of any kind by paying nominal fees. Counters have been set up for the affidavit issuance. The photograph of the deponent is taken in person on the spot. Widely appreciated by the citizens and the administrators.

8. CONFONET (Consumer Forums Network)

CONFONET is central project to computerize and network the entire state consumer disputes redressal commissions and District consumer forums. The project aims at improving operational efficiency, co-ordination, accessibility, speed in judicial administration and to set Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure at Consumer Redressal Forum Moga.

9. VAHAN (Vehicle Registration System)

This software is used for Registration of Commercial and Private Vehicles, Fee & Fine Collection, Fitness Validity and Tax.

10. SARATHI (Driving License Issuance System)

This software is used to issue Learner’s License, Permanent License, Conductor’s License and Driving School License.

11. AGMARKET (Agriculture Produce Marketing Information Network)

AGMARKNET facilitates market fees collection, details of dealers, issuance of licenses to dealers etc. The state agricultural marketing boards / departments / markets collect the desired market information and pass on the same to their respective authorities and head office of DMI for onward dissemination. For easy interface with farmers and other beneficiaries, a portal for Agmarknet (http://agmarknet.nic.in) has been developed to serve as a single window for accessing websites of various organizations concerned with agricultural marketing. Besides price and arrival figure, the site provides weekly trend analysis, linkage to online commodity exchange of India, FAO website, etc.

12. PRISM (Property Registration Information System Module)

PRISM automates all major activities of Sub-Registrar office and covers deeds of Sale, Mortgage, Will, Adoption, SPA, GPA, Exchange, Pattanama/ Lease, Tatima, Cancellation of SPA/GPA/Will etc. Major features include capturing, storage, printing of photographs on stamp paper, valuation of property, on the spot registration, single window service etc. PRISM is ISO certified product.
