Important Instructions
After the first login, kindly change the default password immediately for compliance and security purposes.
1. Before starting Data entry kindly check the manuals attached above.
2. Data should be entered carefully, completely, and correctly in all the fields.
3. Kindly Submit Data of Regular and Contractual Staff only.
4. It is the responsibility of the Head of the Department/office to submit the complete/accurate data of all the employee except GROUP-D on this portal in all respects.
5. Data should be finalized only after the complete data entered on the portal in all respects and then print the undertaking certificate and employee checklist.
6. Kindly Submit duly signed Supporting Documents like undertaking certificate and employee checklist at NIC Department, Ground Floor Room No. A-008 DC Office Moga.
7. Relevant Supporting documents (signed and stamped by Head of the Department) of the employees those are marked as Handicapped /Pregnant /Lactating woman /On Long leave/ BLO/Medical certificate of Chronic Patients etc. should be submitted along with Undertaking and checklist .
8. Data of GROUP-D Employees and Data of drivers/security guards also be exempted from Data entry.
